GENERAL INFORMATION
Autumn Camp is a weekend at a local campsite. This is a great chance for every Scout to come and enjoy our last full weekend camping trip of the year. The trip is suitable for all scouts however much experience or little they have. I hope most Scouts will come on this Camp.
The programme is a mixture of activities, including campsite-run activities. Each of our local campsites has a different variety of activities, such as such as climbing tower, archery, assault course. potholing complex, zip wires, bouldering and many others.
As well as some of these activities, we do wide games and other games. Scouts are also likely to do some things for camping-related badges, such as axemanship, fire lighting. The Saturday evening is often a campfire with something to cook on it! Patrols cook most of their own meals and are the unit for camping.
Usual clear up session (kit cleaning and putting away) 7.00 pm on the Monday after in our hut. Hopefully some parents and Scouts will come and help - even for a short while.
INFORMATION FOR THIS ACTIVITY
This Autumn camp is at Lees Wood. The campsite is mainly wooded and is great for wide games.
