JOINING   

JOIN US NOW. We currently have a few places for new scouts, particularly for children in year 6. It does not matter whether or not the new scout was a cub or scout previously. Please email us to make contact.. WAITING LIST  We will  put names down on our "waiting list" for boys or girls not yet old enough (10 and a quarter) to join us. Please email us to make contact. HOMEWOOD CUBS. Cubs from 18th Homewood Cub Pack move on to us: they will be contacted about this as they approach the age to move on to Scouts. There is a little information about the Cub Pack and how to contact the leaders here

Please note that the number of Scouts we can have in the Troop is limited by a number of factors, including the number of adult leaders: we are always looking for more adults to help us.

We give considerable priority for boys or girls to join if a parent can help with weekly meetings as leader or helper

Too young for Scouts? Scouts starts at 10 and a quarter years old. So if too young for us,  find out about the Group's Beaver Colony and Cub Pack, that are available for younger children but will lead to joining us when old enough.
